On The Spot Scooper and its employees guarantee the quality, reliability, and professionalism of our services. By accessing and using On The Spot Scooper service, you, the customer, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using any of our services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the outlined guidelines, please do not use this service. All below items are predicated based on area and subject to change at any time:

Access to Property
By employing On The Spot Scooper, you are granting On The Spot Scooper, (OTSS) professionals’ access to designated yard or kennel areas of your property during the designated service date. If our technician is not permitted on your property for any reason or the gate to access is broken/frozen/locked, this occurrence will be noted and customer may be charged for full price of service or canceled. Technicians are not permitted, nor required to enter a customer’s home. In no circumstances will this be allowed or required of any On The Spot Scooper technician. There are and will be no exceptions to this rule.

Aggressive Animals
If our assigned On The Spot Scooper technician is unable to access the designated yard area due to an aggressive animal presence, service on chosen day will be postponed or canceled. Service may be rescheduled for a later time, but customer will be charged a trip fee equaling up to the quoted cost of service. If an animal bites a technician, the employee will immediately leave the premises to seek medical attention. The yard will be left in “as is” condition and may be considered as Services rendered for that visit. All medical fees will be the Client’s responsibility within a reasonable time frame. Animal Control may be contacted, and/or further actions may be taken depending on the situation. The Service Provider relies on the Client’s assessment of their animal’s temperament. Please consider this for the Service Provider’s safety. The client will maintain accurate and proper vaccination records for its dog(s) and make them available to the Service Provider for inspection if requested or in the event of a dog bite/attack. The service provider reserves the right not to service any yard in which they don’t feel comfortable.
As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup), immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets and prompt payment of balances due.
Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible.

Service options
Service options are solely based on area and services assigned by On The Spot Scooper at given time. Service schedule availability can change based on business needs and general workday productivity. You, the customer, are responsible for notifying On The Spot Scooper of any changes in number of dogs, frequency of services, or items needed to provide service are not in good working order. Customer will not hold service provider liable for damaged/broken items (i.e. gate, lock on gate, hose, or hose nozzle). Customer is also responsible for notifying On The Spot Scooper of service cancellation and is required to do so 24 hours before service.
Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.
By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.

Pricing
On The Spot Scooper pricing is determined based on area. In addition, pricing/promotions are subject to change at any time. you will be notified at least two (1) weeks prior to any changes. Upon beginning services, you accept this condition and will adjust payment accordingly if prices change at any point in time. By ordering regular On The Spot Scooper service, you are authorizing On The Spot Scooper to charge your card following time of service in correlation with your chosen frequency of service and number of dogs. Customer is responsible for providing payment information ahead of first service and will be charged payment in full following initial service. If card information is not provided, service will not begin. Following initial service, customer is responsible for payment following each recurring service. If payment in full is not received, On The Spot Scooper reserves the right to halt services until payment in full has been received and charge for any additional fees associated with bringing Customer account current.
If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.

Referral
On The Spot Scooper will honor the referral policy wherein if you refer a friend and said person schedules a regular scooping service with On The Spot Scooper, referred customer will receive a free first cleanup with regular scheduled service. This initial free regular scheduled service only applies to the areas in which the offer is available.

Free First Cleanup with Regular Scheduled Plan
Free first cleanup with regular scheduled plan is determined based on area. During the initial free service, scooping is entirely free of charge with regular scheduled plan, but any additional services will be charged according to area’s pricing. This initial service is not charged as long as customer remains active for 1 – 2 months and is in good financial standing with On The Spot Scooper. FREE 1st Cleanup with regular scheduled plan is a first-time client/customer promotion and reserved as such, returning clients may be ineligible to this promotion. Returning clients/households may be required to pay an initial fee based on the number of dogs owned and the last time their yard was serviced for pet waste cleanup.

Terms and Condition Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is revised, we will try to provide at least a week’s notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service
